Located in the southern Nivernais, between Burgundy and Bourbonnais, close to the banks of the Loire on the mariner’s route and the lateral canal, this charming 120 m² house is surrounded by a 4,000 m² wooded garden.
With French ceilings, terracotta tiles, this cottage is ideal for holidays with family or friends in peace and nature.
Inside: living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, separate WC, laundry with washer & dryer.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms — two with a double bed and one with two single beds (which can be pushed together). Possibility for an extra double bed. Shower room with walk-in shower, reading/office corner, baby equipment.
At 25 km from Nevers and 40 km from Moulins (towns of art & history), 10 km from Decize (shops & nautical stadium), and 25 km from the Magny-Cours circuit.
Private pond of 4.5 ha at 2 km, possibility to swim and fish. Private tennis on site, ping-pong, canoeing in Decize.

Yes, Le Petit Mingot enjoys an ideal location: just 10 km from Decize (all shops), 25 km from Nevers (historic city with a direct train to Paris in 2h30), and 30 minutes from the gates of the Morvan Regional Natural Park.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out until 12:00 PM, but we are flexible depending on requests.

No, the private lake is located 2 km from the cottage in a preserved natural area. It is strictly reserved for guests of the cottage and the owners.
