L&#8217;ann\u00e9e suivante na\u00eet le circuit Jean Behra, du nom du pilote fran\u00e7ais disparu en course, qui s&#8217;\u00e9tend rapidement pour accueillir motos et automobiles. Apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es de d\u00e9veloppement progressif, le site est enti\u00e8rement rachet\u00e9 en 1986 par le Conseil g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Ni\u00e8vre, avec un objectif ambitieux : construire une piste homologu\u00e9e pour la Formule 1. Le nouveau trac\u00e9 est inaugur\u00e9 en 1989, et d\u00e8s 1991, Magny-Cours accueille son premier Grand Prix de France, remport\u00e9 par Nigel Mansell devant Ayrton Senna. Pendant pr\u00e8s de deux d\u00e9cennies, le circuit vibrera au rythme de la F1 \u2014 Michael Schumacher y d\u00e9crochera huit victoires, un record absolu sur un m\u00eame Grand Prix \u2014 avant que l&#8217;\u00e9preuve ne quitte le calendrier apr\u00e8s l&#8217;\u00e9dition 2008. Loin de s&#8217;\u00e9teindre, le circuit s&#8217;est depuis r\u00e9invent\u00e9 comme l&#8217;un des sites majeurs du sport moto et automobile \/>premier week-end de mai, ce grand rassemblement de v\u00e9hicules anciens attire collectionneurs et passionn\u00e9s d&#8217;histoire automobile.<\/li><li><strong>Le Championnat de France Superbike
