Located in southern Nivernais between Burgundy and Bourbonnais, very close to the Loire riverbanks on the boatmen’s circuit and lateral canal, charming individual house of 120 m2 surrounded by a tree-lined garden of 7500 m2.
French ceiling, terracotta tiles, ideal cottage for peaceful family or friends’ holidays in nature.
Complete renovation of the roof, kitchen and downstairs bathroom in 2025.
Large living room dining area, kitchen with shower room and separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms, including 2 with a large double bed and one with 2 single beds (90cm), baby cots.
Possibility of an additional double bed. Shower room with walk-in shower, reading nook with desk area, baby equipment.
25 km from Nevers and 40 km from Moulins (towns of art and history), 10 km from Decize (shops and water sports centre), and 25 km from the Magny-Cours circuit.

Yes, Le Petit Mingot enjoys an ideal location: just 10 km from Decize (all shops and amenities), 25 km from Nevers (historic city with direct train service to Paris in 2h30), and 30 minutes from the gates of the Morvan regional nature park
Check-in at the Petit Mingot cottage is from 4:00 PM onwards and checkout is possible until 12:00 PM, but we are flexible according to your requests!

No, the private lake is located 2kms close to the banks of the Loire, in an environment preserved from any human intervention. It is strictly reserved for cottage guests and owners. You will be able to observe birds and wildlife, or simply enjoy the private beach to relax or fish. You can access it on foot or by car.
The lake is situated in a Natura 2000 zone, an area that brings together natural sites of great heritage value, thanks to the exceptional fauna and flora they contain.
Yes, you can park in front of the cottage gate. We simply ask that you do not drive your vehicle into the courtyard, in order to preserve the lawn.
